What is the Heart Line?

The heart line is a crease found on every person's palm that palm readers claim describes a person's emotional nature, can predict the future, but will not be able to accurately tell you when those future events will take place. It may not be the most important line on a person's palm, but it is definitely one that many people inquire about when receiving a palm reading.

The heart line relates specifically to relationships and how that individual who is receiving the palm reading reacts in those relationships. It can describe a person's sexual nature when involved in a relationship as well as the emotional reactions that can occur with that person. Therefore, according to palm readers, anyone who seeks a palm reading should be able to find out if they are seeking relationships for sex or neediness. This reading should also tell them if they are overly picky about choosing someone to be with or if they tend to let people walk all over them.

• Curved
  • Upward line: This can mean that the person is active and aggressive in love and relationships. This type of line tends to be found more on the palms of females than males.
  • A steep curve usually indicates that the person tends to have a very strong urge that is very sexual in nature.
  • If this curve on the palm ends underneath the index finger, or even close to it, then palm readers may just peg you as a very fussy person when it comes to deciding who to date and who not to date.
  • There is a type of curve that is said to point out a person's need for love. Not just any type of need, but one that is driven and extremely determined to have someone love them. This type of curve is usually found to end under the middle finger.

• Straight
  • There is really only one kind of straight heart line and definition thereof. Most likely, a person with a straight and short heart line is only looking for sex.

• Other types of heart lines
  • A heart line that touches or intersects with someone's life line means they are very sensitive and therefore can be easily hurt in almost every relationship of which they have a part.
