Sacred spirit
From DiscoverPsychic
[edit] What is it?
The sacred spirit is a gift endowed within each creation. We all come with an innate sense of wonder which forms in our very core from our infinite beginnings. There is a soul and a spirit which lives and breathes along with our physical selves. The difference between the soul and the spirit are many. Our soul is as much a part of our bodies as our skin, heart, lungs, or brain. It is the essence of who we are, and it will continue on after our physical bodies have ceased to live. It lives on. Our spirit forms as we grow, becoming what we become. It will live with us, love with us, mourn with us, and die with us. It is the gifts of holy spirit that are given to help us grow into the selves we'll all someday be. Our sacred spirit teaches us to laugh. It teaches us to embrace every moment of everyday as something precious. That spirit, when fully realized, may show itself to others in how we treat them, and produce something of a glow as we go about our daily lives.
[edit] Why a Sacred Spirit?
It would be reasonable to suggest that since we already have a soul, which will continue to exist after our physical bodies disappear, that having a spirit would not be possible. Well, there is a very good reason to believe otherwise. The spirit comes from the having of a soul, as the soul does give us life, but it is the spirit which helps us to emerge from tragedy and still be able to love. The purpose of a sacred soul is to allow and enable each of us, one and all, from all nations, creeds, colors, and background, the ability to survive what some would have thought was not survivable. How do we lose someone we love more than our own selves and still be able to continue to give our hearts and ourselves so unconditionally, even at the risk of such a loss yet again? It is the soul; the very sacred, divinely given soul. From dust we come, and to dust we will once again someday go, but while we inhabit this earthly plane, our soul makes our hearts beat, while our spirit makes our hearts feel. This is yet another of our gifts of holy spirit.
[edit] Where is it?
Each sacred spirit resides within, close to our souls, intertwined. Each is an important aspect of the other. Unique, as they are one, yet separate entities. The gifts of holy spirit of the sacred soul is but one of many gifts we are given individually from the divine. The differences between the soul and the spirit can be just as vital as everything in common between the two. There is an aspect of such spiritual knowledge that even the most learned of men may often times have trouble comprehending. The depth of love within ourselves comes from these places that cannot be seen, or touched with our hands, or studied by our science, but they are just as real as the oxygen that sustains us. Our spirit brings us joy and allows us to embrace and celebrate life. It also brings upon the healing we need when we hurt. Our soul is what makes us immortal. It goes on for always.
