Following in the path of those who have experienced and lived a life before their existence, believers of Hindu Tantric traditions describe the life energy force that flows from the ground through our bodies and back. Resulting from the creation of our universe, this force came from a Godhead who used his energy to make our world. This Godhead continues to maintain the energy force as it is the basis for our existence. We need energy from the earth, our friends, our family, as the earth, our friends, our family, need our energy to find peace and happiness. A balance of this energy in the world, and all is well. Having a secure feeling in who you are, and how you fit into your world, can be a result of a properly developed root power. Feeling secure has a lot to do with how comfortable you are in your surroundings. Examine your feeling about chakra, and you can begin to see this energy as being well developed or under developed. Yogi who can see your energy force will be able to tell you more about how your root energy power is doing.

The Tantric experts who lived at a time when these understandings were being developed about Chakra, learned to see a person’s energy. The ability to see one’s life energy comes from devotion and practice to understand the Godhead and his intentions. If you were to have your energy forces examined, the root or Chakra #1 is a wheel with 4 spokes and its color is red with orange. It may be large 6” diameter (developed), or it may be small 2” diameter (underdeveloped). It spins and protrudes as a disc from the front and back of a person’s body. Red crystals can open it, which includes garnet.

Landing a big Chakra

Knowing that you have Chakra power may help you to begin to spend more time on yourself and the life force we need to be well balanced. As with most things in life, you might get a better understanding of the situation if you could visualize the development of your life force as it stands today. You can learn the way to properly meditate and make prayer to receive the patience to learn how, but for most, this is only a wish. Seeing Yogi who can enlighten you more about Chakra power, will tell you where you need to spend more time on your energy and how to develop those that are not performing as well as they could. Underdeveloped base or root power will leave a person feeling alone in the world, their family, and friends. A healthy, vibrant base energy will result in an unbroken confidence.
