Our throat holds the power to communicate. The 5th Chakra is located in this part of the body, and it allows us to tell our story in words, emotions, and energies. Because the ability to speak and direct the world with our voice, we can be considered a leader of our own world. Great leaders have been able to discuss plans and ideas with others successfully. This ability makes others follow your views because your expressions were understood and believed. There are ways we talk to the world, and there are ways we talk to out bodies. Examine the energy center located in your throat for an understanding of how you are viewed by others, and your ability to feel secure and comfortable with your voice.
