• Use your front door as an inviting spot conducive to loving feelings and actions. Placing a secluded seat or swing near the front door will enable your house to start out with loving feelings.

• Make sure both sides of the bed can be reached. When one side of the bed is against the wall, it creates a feeling of closure to new relationships. So be sure to move your bed away from the wall.

• Don't put pictures of family members in your bedroom. Having images of children, parents, or siblings in your bed room will be a serious hamper to any sexual activities. Therefore, keep those pictures away from the bedroom.

• Put pictures of couples in your room rather than lone figures. The idea of couples will appeal to potential mates, and make them more likely to stay with you because you seem more of a person capable of commitment. Place cozy seating arrangements all over the house, suitable for snuggling and being intimate. These areas should be away from distractions such as T.V. or the kitchen.

• Use a smaller bed. The smaller bed will promote feelings of intimacy, whereas a larger bed will create space between a couple.

• For single people, make sure there is space in your drawers and closets for overnight guests. Purchase extra toothbrushes and soap so that guests are more likely to spend the night. Always keep your sheets clean.
