Before anything else, let us define what past life stories connections are. This type of connection obviously stems from reincarnation, which is the belief that all souls are reborn into another physical (not necessarily human) body and may live through several lifetimes over the span of thousands of years. In the numerous reincarnation cycles and lives that one soul goes through, it inevitably meets other souls and creates experiences and memories with them. Some souls are strongly attracted to each and form stronger and tighter bonds. Once these two souls reincarnate into new physical bodies and meet each other again in another lifetime, they are automatically yet inexplicably drawn to each other because of their past life connection.

Most of the time, people do not know that they have a past life connection with another being. Unless they are truly in touch with themselves or have amazing supernatural psychic abilities, people do not remember anything from their past lives. So how would you know if you have connections from a past life? Ask yourself these questions:

• Have you ever met someone new and felt like you have known him or her for ages?
• Have you ever come across a person you do not know yet you feel immediately comfortable or uncomfortable with them?
• Have you ever met a stranger and be able to tell what he or she is exactly like even without talking to him or her first?

If you have answered yes to any of these, then it is more than possible that you have already met these beings in past life stories.

Other souls that you have strong bonds with from your past life do not always have to be your family, friends, or loved ones in your present life. They can be completely unfamiliar to you yet they can and will play an important role in the life that you live now. Sometimes, your past life connections do not even have to be human and they can be in the form of a beloved pet dog. In addition, these connections aren’t always positive and they can also be your worst enemy or most hated person. As long as you continue with the pattern of hating each other, then you and that person will continue to see each other in your next lifetimes until you are able to forgive each other and learn to live with each other peacefully.

Everyone you meet in your present life has a message for you, as did everyone you met in your past life stories. A past life connection is bonded with you for a reason and that soul is there to help your own soul come full circle. They might be there to help you learn to accept yourself, to give more generously, to forgive others’ mistakes, to let go of material things, etc. They are there to enhance your spiritual growth and it is up to you to listen to the messages that they are trying to tell you.
